| Ian Adams-Lane |
| Ian is the
co-founder and owner of BALANCED’ Horse Feeds. Ian’s original
training was in engineering but after a serious accident
leaving him on invalidity benefit he met Deborah Lucas
MSc and BALANCED’ Horse Feeds was born. |

| Charlotte Adams-Lane |
| Charlotte is Ian's wife.
She is the driver of the BALANCED'horse feeds "Double Harness Scurry" team and rides Ian's Black Stallion, Copsem Cambridge Black.
Charlotte also has a wealth of knowlwedge on horsemanship and is in charge of the shop at Byhurst Farm.

| Jane is Ian’s
mum, she has had a lifelong love of horses. She manages BALANCED’ Horse Feeds small, successful stud and
is a valuable member of the office crew, she also advises
on the helpline specialising in stud issues. |

| Deborah
Lucas MSc Hons., MSc. CBiol,
MIBiol; R.Nutr. |
| Deborah is our
senior nutritional consultant. She is a partner in the
world renowned DLP Equine Consultants. Deborah has been
involved with BALANCED’ since it started in 1985
and is responsible for the formulations of all the feeds
and supplements we produce. |

| Jo Chilver |
| Jo is the
Office Manager, she has a bubbly and lively personality and helps to ensure the smooth running of the office
and the online store
